New Policies from June 2023!
Due to lots of last minute cancellations and no shows I have to add new policies.
Time of your booking £20 (over £30 treatment) on beauty treatments and £50 on semi permanent make up and on plasma fibroblast treatment a booking fee must be paid to secure your appointment. (Booking fees are deducted from your treatment)
Over the phone or online bookings a payment link will be sent to you to make your payment.
Booking fees are non-refundable, if you are unable to make your appointment please contact me least 48 hours prior to the
appointment to rearrange and the booking fee will be transferred to your new slot.
You will need to pay a second booking fee if you rearrange with less than 48 hours notice.
Please arrive to your appointment on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late you will lose your slot.
No shows or cancellations less than 48 hours notice will need to pay in full for the missed appointment before being able to book in future.
Please understand as a small business a booking fee is required to secure your chosen appointment allocated to you, and if I fail to refill your last minute cancelled appointment is a loss of earnings and time wasted for me.
