I am pleased to announce that the Wellbeing coaching service today is also centrally located in West London (3 min Sheperds Bush - Central line Tube) and serves people with counselling programmes while promoting physical and mental wellbeing. We hope to provide an oasis, a warm and welcoming environment where members and visitors can seek balance and realise their potential.

What about me?

My name is Joe, I am a qualified Wellbeing and Life Coach. My approach relies on a new vision of Wellbeing, on something completely different from the usual massage: a new concept of mind-body-beauty experience that allows you to achieve remarkable results and benefits, both physically and mentally.

My Life Coaching approach is focused on what each individual thinks their happiness should be, instead of what is socially considered as such.

My method relies on a different vision as I work on my clients’ perspectives of happiness, on their point of view, whilst acting as a partner of their change rather than a counsellor.

I have an optimistic view of human nature and its creative powers. I believe people have the capacity to solve difficulties and improve their life. In order to function optimally, people need a favourable and positive environment. My role is to facilitate that environment. Although I embrace a holistic approach that integrates different methods, my focus is always on the client. My model follows Humanistic Psychology, specifically the work of Carl Rogers.
