Located in Edinburgh city centre, Kama Calm Holistic Therapies was set up by Kamila Banaszewska in 2012, with the aim of providing a wide range of effective, but low cost, holistic therapies.

Kamila believes in a holistic approach to health, where the body, mind and spirit are connected and constantly influence each other. There cannot be a balance in the body if the mind is stressed and out of balance. The main aim of the treatment is to bring back the balance. Every treatment starts with a detailed consultation followed by a custom-tailored treatment plan agreed with both client and therapist.

Kamila has been trained in various alternative therapies in various accredited institutions in the UK and in Poland. In 2010 she completed the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies, in 2012 she obtained the VTCT Certificate in Indian Head massage and also gained training in Ayurvedic treatments.
