Using a combination of modern Coaching methods such as NLP, Hypnotherapy, Active imagination, EFT and dream analysis, alongside traditional ancient practices such as Yoga, Reiki, Breath work, and Kambo to help my clients find balance on a physical, mental and emotional level.

I am always on hand to offer additional advice and support to my clients as their self healing journey often begins the moment they walk into my office.
