Addlestone Therapy have been providing Osteopathy and complementary services to Addlestone and the surrounding areas since 2000. Our large, friendly team have a huge amount of experience, and are fully trained and qualified in their respective fields.

I've been a fully-qualified massage therapist since 2016 and consider myself a deep and empathic spiritual teacher. I identify strongly with the Heyoka empath archetype or sacred clown. I have also worked with Lakota tribal groups gaining personal treatments from Shamanic healers.

I'm part of a monthly women's group where we practice Reiki treatments and clearing energy blockages on each other. I also practice mindful breathing and meditation daily.

I take pride in my dedication and professionalism towards all my clients. On greeting the client I will start by clearing the space using Sage or Palo Santo and asking permission to treat the client making sure they feel safe and ready to receive.
