I'm Hayat, a Reiki Master, Trauma-Informed Somatic Teacher and Holistic Bodyworker with a deep commitment to helping women unlock their body’s innate healing potential. My journey into the healing arts began amidst the serene landscapes of Indonesia, where I first discovered the profound impact of therapeutic touch. Since then, I’ve pursued extensive training in the UK and Thailand, blending Traditional Thai Therapy , Holistic Massage with Reiki and somatic practices to create a truly holistic approach.
