As an experienced level 4 Holistic Massage Therapist and bodyworker, Katja is trained in advanced techniques as well as Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Specialising in mental health, stress and the nervous system, Katja has additionally trained in sustained pressure myofascial release to work with the fascia in the body, postural complaints and scar tissue.

Katja has a client centred approach, applying techniques sensitively and intuitively ensuring every session has therapeutic benefit

Jenni is an experienced and talented reflexologist and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. She specialises in women's health including menstrual health, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause, supporting women through the journey of their lives. Jenni also has extensive experience supporting people with cancer both in treatment and in recovery afterwards.

She brings a sensitive and holistic approach to all her work, tailoring each session to your individual needs and offering after care advice so you can be more empowered in your own wellbeing.
