About Me: Michelle Tuvera, Registered Craniosacral Therapist

As we navigate the complexities of life, our bodies often bear the weight of our experiences — both physical and emotional. It is this understanding that has fueled my passion for holistic healing and motivated me to become a Registered Craniosacral Therapist.

I embarked on my journey by obtaining comprehensive training at the College of Craniosacral Therapy, where I have worked as the college administrator for the last six years. I attended the Two Year Professional Training where I delved deep into the principles and techniques of this gentle yet powerful healing modality. Craniosacral therapy is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold innate wisdom, and by tuning into the body’s rhythms and tides, we can facilitate profound healing and restoration. Through this practice, I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients, allowing them to explore their own inner workings and attain a greater sense of wellbeing.

Nearest public transport:

Colindale station is just a 12-minute walk away, and there's plenty of paid parking close by.

What we like about the venue:

  • Atmosphere: Zen,Restorative, professional and welcoming.
  • Specialises in: Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle hands-on therapy that aims to enhance the body's natural ability to heal and maintain health by addressing imbalances and restrictions held in the body. Craniosacral Therapy recognises the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and psychological components of well-being, therefore it is not only aimed at alleviating physical pain or discomfort but can also address underlying emotional and psychological conditions that may manifest as physical symptoms. By fostering a deep sense of relaxation and safety, Craniosacral Therapy can allow clients to access and process emotions, potentially leading to profound personal insights and healing experiences.
