I am a qualified and experienced bodyworker, having had extensive training in osteopathy, sports massage and medical acupuncture.

I started my career as a bodyworker in 2005. I enrolled on an intensive 4 year degree course with the prestigious British School of Osteopathy. The course was challenging and extensive. It fostered in me a thorough understanding of the bodys mechanics and gave me skills to interact with it in a variety of ways. This knowledge guides all my treatments, whether I am using massage, acupuncture or osteopathic technique, the understanding I gained during my osteopathic study helps me to know how to direct my treatment. In order to allow me to work my way through university and so that I could begin working in bodywork sooner, I took a course in sports massage and injuries, and set up practice as a massage therapist in 2006. I loved my work and being able to help people feel and perform better gave me a great sense of fulfilment and I knew I had made the right career choice. Since graduating as an osteopath in 2009, I have worked in practices in London, Kent and Glasgow and have taken further study in medical acupuncture.

I have been fortunate enough to work with and treat a variety of people, from sports people, musicians, doctors and other manual therapist to women during pregnancy and beyond, office workers and manual workers and people living with serious lifelong disabilities. I continue to learn every day through these encounters and feel privileged to be able to work in this field.

I love to learn new skills and add new dimensions to my treatments. Within my work, I draw upon my various training to tailor a treatment to you and your unique situation. In this way I feel I can help you achieve the best possible outcome.

Based in Warwick, Core Physiatry Warwick have hand-picked our team of clinicians and therapists to support our patients in achieving the best possible state of health. We believe that to be as healthy and well as possible we need to be in balance - physically, psychologically and emotionally. In order to achieve this balance for our patients our clinicians and therapists, from medical and alternative healthcare disciplines, collaborate together with you.

Our patients often come to us with a particular problem - perhaps suffering from back pain, or depression, or looking for support to lose weight or manage a chronic condition. Based on that initial concern you may seek out a particular area of expertise which you feel will be most beneficial to you - perhaps a medical doctor, chiropractor or hypnotherapist. On further discussion and examination, however, we often find that your initial symptom or condition may be one of several; and the causes of your symptoms are often different or more complex than you might assume.

The clinician you see initially can therefore draw on the expertise of colleagues in order to develop the best possible care package and achieve the best possible results for you.

Our expert team includes medical doctors (GPs), back pain and biomechanics experts, weight-loss specialists, psychologists, medical-aesthetics practitioners and others.
