- Out-of-hours appointments (after 6 PM) and emergency bookings incur a £15 surcharge.
- No late fees, but please note: Arrivals 20 minutes late plus, may result in cancellation with a loss of deposit if our schedule is full. (Meaning a new deposit and new appointment is needed)
- Klarna is now available for appointments over £200, booked 28 days in advance.If you are choosing this payment option please email us
- Tape-ins, sew-ins, and microlinks require booking at least 2 weeks in advance, unless using hair we already have in stock.
- Students (ages 13–18) receive 15% off all appointments (excluding natural hair and wig services).
- All bookings require a deposit, refundable only if we cancel the appointment.
- Appointment slots are released monthly—stay tuned! - All hair and hairstyles are NON-refundable due to the customised nature of appointments. If any issues arrive more than 24 hours after a new appointment is needed. By leaving the premises you accept you are happy with your styling.
