To find us, please follow the directions below.

You won't come here with hairdryers flying around, pedicures and manicures happening all over the place, and the hair removal room is a dark corner in the back- Not here. sugaring is ALL we do. Unlike most other shops, this is specifically what we are trained in- nothing else. In this bright, clean and buzzing studio you will feel immediately at ease.

SUGARING: From LA to Sydney people are switching from waxing to sugaring to remove all unwanted hair in a less painful, 100% natural way that leaves your skin hairless but also optimises the condition of your skin giving it a healthy glow. As one of the best natural alternatives to abrasive options like waxing, sugaring is especially beneficial for delicate areas of the body.

We also sell natural products to continue your skin regime at home.

  • Our studio is located at just a few min. walk from Kings Cross station ( Circle, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Northern, Metropolitan and Victoria).
  • You will find our studio inside the Coal Drops yard. Just off Granary Square. The easiest way togged to us is to follow directions to restaurant "Dishoom Kings Cross". We are located opposite, just up the stairs next our friends at Samsung and Ba&sh clothing.
  • For our First Time clients the hair can be removed from a minimum length of 0,3 cm.
  • Avoid putting any moisturizers on the skin 24 hours before the treatment.

Welcome to Human Balance, Glasgow, led by Kamila, who has been practising massages since 2017. With City of Glasgow college qualifications in Swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, bamboo stick massage, Indian head massage, Thai herbal compresses and facial techniques. Kamila obtained qualifications in deep tissue massage and reflexology in Poland in 2019; she completed the sports and remedial massage course in 2022 in Glasgow. Looking back, the path of her education was long and winding, requiring commitment, organization, sacrifices and faith in success. Work, study and personal development combined with family life is a big challenge, although achieving goals motivates her and stimulates her to act. She always had a passion and interest in complementary therapies. She believes that of the most rewarding aspects of being a complementary massage therapist is the ability to connect with clients on a personal level. By listening attentively to their needs and concerns, therapists create a safe and trusting environment where clients can relax. Working with people gives her a lot of satisfaction and brings experience. Each patient struggles with a different problem, Often physical pain also has a psychological basis. Therefore, she believes that each patient should be treated with empathy, understanding and care. Kamila experienced the benefits of reflexology as a child, and in adult life, after the first session, they decided to learn the secrets of this extraordinary therapy and completed the course. Reflexology is one of the most popular types of massage. Beyond the feel-good effects of the treatment, the practice and purpose go deeper than the skin and muscles. Another specialised complementary therapy massage is aromatherapy which uses naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants, flowers, fruits, leaves and seeds to balance and harmonise the body at all levels – physical, emotional and spiritual. Essential oils are specially prepared to suit the client’s profile and needs and massaged into the body. They have also personally experienced the wonderful benefits of essential oils. The main goal they strive for every day as a complementary therapist is to improve people's health and well-being.
