Danielle is based at Yurt in the City and Portland House in Cardiff.

Danielle first experienced massage in 2004 after she was hit by a car while on her bike. She suffered from whiplash from the impact of the fall. She received a massage every week for the first month then twice a month after for 8 months. Massage helped ease the pain and stress caused by this event and helped with the remodelling of scar tissue from the whiplash. Danielle strongly believes her mobility in her neck and shoulders would have been worse off today if she has not received massage after her accident.
Danielle began to pursue her dream of becoming a massage therapist in 2009 in the United States attending East West College of Healing Arts in Portland Oregon. She studied Swedish massage and kinesiology.
In 2011 She moved to the United Kingdom, settling in Cardiff. Danielle has since studied at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork. She graduated in 2012 with a level 4 diploma in Holistic Massage from the Massage Training Institute. The diploma is one of the best you can get in the UK.
Danielle started her business in Cardiff in 2012. She varies the kind of work she does between corporate massage, private clients, and festival work. She has started the Level 5 Sports and Remedial massage course at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork and will be finished with the course summer of 2018.
Danielle specializes in injury recovery. Her massage treatments she caters to each individual client’s needs. She treats the body as a whole using a variety of techniques; such as deep tissue massage, kneading, draining, compression, cross fibre friction, joint mobilization and fascia release. Danielle also integrates many advance massage techniques into her work such as muscle energy technique, soft tissue release, positional release, and neuro-muscular technique.
Danielle will work with her clients to come up with a plan suitable for their needs whether it be for needing help through injury recovery, times of change, to get through a pregnancy, to reduce stress and provide relaxation.

Danielle works at 2 venues, so there could be a chance she will not be able to accommodate your booking. If this is the case she will offer an alternative date and time at the venue. Any questions, please get in touch!!!
