Nature-Angel was created by Lexi Frier, a highly experienced Reiki Master Practitioner/ Teacher and Mindfulness Teacher, who's fully registered with the complementary and natural healthcare council (CNHC) and UK Reiki Federation.
This means she is medically viable to provide Reiki and must adhere to a high set of standards set by the UK Government. She also currently works for the NHS providing Reiki to patients on a cancer journey.
She herself has felt the amazing benefits of this relaxing, heart opening and calming practice.
From her experience she then went on the her to train in Reiki, so she could support others to feel the fantastic benefits of this beautiful practice, help people to relax busy minds, connect to themselves with love, process difficult emotions, find relief from difficult events in life such as; grief, a difficult health diagnosis, the loss of a job or partner, or just to reconnect to the joy of life again.
