Hi, I’m Sarah Matthews, a Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher with over a decade of experience. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through energy healing, whether to ease stress, support personal growth, or navigate life’s challenges.

I take a trauma-informed approach, with training in Mental Health Awareness, First Aid. Reiki is a gentle, complementary therapy, that works safely alongside medical care to support overall well-being*. I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher in Usui, Holy Fire® III, and Karuna® Reiki. My Japanese Reiki lineage traces directly to Mikao Usui, with just five teachers before me.
