The strength of massage can be varied to individual preference. The practitioner will ask about your general health and problem areas needing attention.
A practitioner uses stretching, pulling and rocking techniques to attempt to relieve tension, promote relaxation and improve flexibility and circulation. Traditionally may be applied to the neck, shoulder and back to help relieve tension. Comfort is all important for Thai massage and loose-fitting trousers and top are ideal.
