How to prepare?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to get settled into the space and complete any necessary paperwork with the therapist. Please also note that you are reserving a specific appointment slot with an assigned practitioner at Holistic & Sports Massage, so if you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as early in advance as possible!

Located in Edinburgh city centre, Kama Calm Holistic Therapies was set up by Kamila Banaszewska in 2012, with the aim of providing a wide range of effective, but low cost, holistic therapies.

Kamila believes in a holistic approach to health, where the body, mind and spirit are connected and constantly influence each other. There cannot be a balance in the body if the mind is stressed and out of balance. The main aim of the treatment is to bring back the balance.
