Welcome to Ansa’s Oasis within London Beauty Therapy, London. Step into this sanctuary of relaxation with soothing sensations that seamlessly intertwine. They offer a range of massages, including Swedish Massages, Deep Tissue, Sports Massages and Dry Cupping Treatments.
Additionally, they provide the soothing and holistic experience of a Swedish massage.

When you imagine your ideal massage, for some, it's the gentle, sweeping motions of a Swedish massage. However, if you're in need of serious muscle relief, our deep tissue massage promises to work out those knots.

Both deep tissue and sports massages are designed to alleviate muscle and postural stress, aches, pains, and sports-related injuries. Tailored to your individual needs, these techniques target and relieve muscle tension and injuries. They're perfect for athletes before and after events and for those dealing with workplace-related tension or poor posture. Many also find them profoundly relaxing, offering stress relief.

For those seeking a drug-free, non-invasive, and pain-free treatment, they also offer dry cupping. Our therapists will gently place suction cups on your skin to facilitate healing and improve blood flow. Cupping can be effective in relieving back and neck pain, stiff muscles, and even migraines.

Welcome to London Health Hub. The health issues we can suffer from are also many and varied. It makes sense to have a variety of therapies available, as different disciplines will approach a problem in a slightly different way. If osteopathy, acupuncture, sports therapy and massage are all available and housed under one roof, it is an effective way to get the most out of multi-disciplinary healthcare. The patient should be viewed holistically and as an individual. Many different factors can affect how we suffer illness or injury. These need to be looked at in the context of you as a unique individual. Once a patient has been assessed, the most appropriate combination of therapies can be selected by the clinicians. Genuine concern and the skills of the clinicians, coupled with your motivation to become healthy and pain-free, will mean that treatment will be a positive, proactive experience. They have a number of therapies available at their clinic and will adapt your treatment to the most suitable one.

Nearest public transport:

Northwood Hills station is just a 20-minute walk away, so you'll have no problem keeping connected.

The team:

Many of the therapists also offer massage as part of the treatment. It is an effective therapy for many conditions, including muscle strain, sciatica, whiplash injuries, poor posture, depression, anxiety and sports injuries. It involves the manipulation of muscles, ligaments and tendons using pressure by the hands, fingers, elbows or feet. When an injury occurs, a recovery programme will aid in a speedy return to fitness.

What we like about the venue:

  • Atmosphere: Restorative, professional and welcoming.
  • Specialises in: A range of treatments for those seeking a truly indulgent and relaxing experience, using a variety of massage techniques to enhance the therapeutic benefits.
