When booking your first apt please book and pay for the £1 half hour consult first. Then book the time you need. First appointments I would need to see you for an initial 45 minute treatment.

Modalites used, sports massage, acupuncture, sports stretching, mobilisation of joints, soft tissue manipulation. While I use massage as a modality I am not a deep tissue massage therapist. I am a sports therapist.
