Hi, I agree with what Sian's said. You could also try joining your local chamber of commerce and set up a referral system with your customers. Good luck!!

Customers must be satisfied, must feel that the service received was what they expected. Try to make them expect a little less from the service, than you give them. In this way, they will have feeling that they get more than what they pay for. Happy client means repeating service

Simply do a really really good job and you will gain more clients through word of mouth as well as keeping existing ones happy :)
primalashes
At Primalashes, we believe that the best way to build customers is to specialise in a particular treatment and master it. Once you can do it perfectly clients will identify you as the best in the field. For instance, Primalashes is seen as the best eyelash extensions in London This is because we have mastered the art of eyelash extensions and our customers recognise that.

Hi, I agree with all the answers from the community and to add to those I would suggest CROSS REFERRALS. Become a good referrer and build a strong network of contacts among the therapist community (physios, osteos, chiros, yoga teachers). When you start you will rely on referrals from other practitioners but as you grow you will be able to repay the favour. The more contacts you have, the more chances you get to expand your client base. Always bring your business cards with you wherever you go: parties, supermarket... people are always looking for good therapists! I teach marketing skills for therapists, have a look at my website if you get a chance.

Hi there I have to agree with the answers below and I truly belive that hard work and organically growing your business through offering a quality service produces the best loong term results. Parties for friends, offering reduced prices and getting reccommendations from clients seem to work really well, and I have also had great results from review websites such as freeindex and weddingspot. You will also need a whole heap of brochures and business cards. I designed my logo through logogarden which was fun cheap and easy. Hope this helps and the very best of luck!

Absolutely agree with the others who have responded to you! I have personally found that recommendations from friends and current clients really is the best way forward. However websites such as Freeindex.co.uk and weddingspot have really bought in results for me without shelling out loads of dosh. Maybe look to team up with some therapists who do similar but not the same treatments as you.. beauty therapists, make-up artists etc. You will also need a whole load of leaflets and business cards.. Best of luck!!

If you are doing spray tans, have one of your friends host a spray tan party at her house..give her a free tan and let the ladies know that if they book a party with you and have 5 or more guests, there tan will be free. And if they book right then, they get a special product-like a can of glitter body spray once their party is held. I also tell them that if I get 2 bookings from this party, then the host gets a freebie too( it can be anything you want to give for free)..that always kinda puts the pressure for someone to book another party! It really works for me and I always have business..too much sometimes! Oh and flyers..place them in local gyms..I get a lot of business from that too! Hope this helps! Best, Pam
