What's the difference between rockstar nails, twinkle toes and crystal nails??

Rockstar nails and twinkletoes are pretty much the same thing. Rockstar toes for me are Shellac and glitter which are lasting around 4-6 weeks on toes it seems! Crystal nails are diamante/swarovski style crystal encapsulated in gel on the toes and are lovely, but more expensive.

all of the above differ from salon to salon. My rockstar toes consist of glitter gels with white smile line. Twinkle toes are diamante type sparklies on your toe nails and crystal nails are swarovski crystals encapsulated in gel on your toes. Hope this helps.
