I have type 2 diabetes and hypertension, but have been steadily working out with a personal trainer to get fit and lose weight. I would like to add a weekly bootcamp session to my programme - is this suitable given my medical conditions?

Everyone can do any fitness but u need to carefull your condition. our boot camp is small group and more holistic train than an other boot camp. My suggestion is please chat with us and book for trial session so u can see how yoru condition respond. thanks Murat Gecmen 07809575299

Yes, more is not necessarily better, There is a difference between fitness and health. Note that its walking thats most often recommended as exercise for type 2 diabetes and HBP , not aggressive exercise.
