I have dark black Asian hair and dyed it a few months ago with Schwarzkopf Luminance XXL in Ultra Red. I now have a couple of inches of re-growth and the rest of my hair has faded to a reddish brown. When it was first dyed it was a lighter reddish brown. I was wondering what high street brand I can use to make my hair redder than the initial dye, and will the re-growth be a different colour? Thanks.

I have heard that Live colour is a good one for red, very vibrant and lasts a long time. I'm not sure who makes it but you can but it in any big chain store. If you put it on the roots for 70% of the overall development time then put it through the end for the last 30% then there will be no difference between the roots and the previous coloured hair. Do not put it on the previously coloured part for longer then this or you will over process your hair and the colour will fade much more quickly.
