Endermologie treatment is a mechanised massage based on suction and rolling. This is way too strong for such a sensitive area as the breasts.
I would recommend you lymphatic massage, or even better electrostatic lymphatic massage, which is the same as normal lymphatic massage but provided with electrostatic currents to help remove excess fluid faster.
