I'm looking to do an eyebrow course can anyone recommend anything other than HD Brows?

Have you looked into what your local Beauty Schools offer? Or, depending upon how much you already know or if you already are a professional, there are people that share their skills on You Tube. Some are like tutorials. Problem is however, you will not be certified by just watching a video tutorial.
