Terms & Conditions – 15% Off Discount Code for New Customers

Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before you use code SUMMERSAVING (the “Discount Code”) on the Treatwell website as these will apply. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Discount Code. Please note that our Terms & Policies as set out at the “Legal” section of our website will continue to apply to your use of our website and Treatwell-integrated salon software. The Discount Code is promoted and managed in the United Kingdom by Treatwell Limited with registered address at Fairfax House, 15 Fulwood Place, London, WC1V 6HU (“Treatwell”).

  1. Eligibility
    1. The Discount Code is applicable only for customers who book beauty treatments through our official booking channels which shall be the treatwell.co.uk website and the Treatwell app and enter the code SUMMERSAVING before checking out.
    2. The Discount Code is applicable only for new customers who have not yet booked through the Treatwell website or app.
    3. The Discount Code cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or any other product.
  1. Applicability
    1. The Discount Code provides a 15% discount on the total cost of eligible beauty treatments exclusive of any applicable taxes and/or gratuities.
    2. The Discount Code can be used on all treatments. The Discount Code is not applicable to treatments that involve injectables,  medical treatment, and/or dental treatment.
    3. The Discount Code must be applied at the time of booking. Discounts will not be applied retroactively to past bookings.
  1. Usage
    1. The Discount Code can be used only once per customer.
    2. The Discount Code cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers.
    3. The Discount Code is valid for a limited time only and expires on 25 August, 2024. Bookings must be made and completed before this date to qualify for the discount.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    1. The Discount Code does not apply to the purchase of gift cards or any other non-service-related products.
    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Discount Code or the inability to use the Discount Code, including but not limited to any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you in connection with the use of the Discount Code, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services after applying the Discount Code.
    3. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
    4. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit, exclude, or affect any statutory rights you may have as a customer under applicable law. These terms and conditions are intended to comply with all relevant consumer protection laws, and any provisions that do not comply with such laws will be deemed unenforceable, while the remainder of the terms will remain in full effect.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
    1. If you cancel or reschedule your booking, the Discount Code will be forfeited and cannot be reissued.
    2. If a refund is issued for a booking made with the Discount Code, only the amount paid after applying the discount will be refunded. The value of the Discount Code will not be refunded.
  1. Misuse
    1. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any bookings that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Terms & Policies as set out at the “Legal” section of our website.
    2. Any misuse of the Discount Code may result in the suspension of the customer’s account and the forfeiture of the Discount Code.
  1. Amendments
    1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Discount Code at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
  1. Governing Law
    1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the use of the Discount Code, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
